The atarah (collar) is adorned with the embroidered Hebrew phrase "Oteh Or Kasilmah" ("Who Wears Light Like Clothing") while the four corners are adorned with a beautiful depiction of Jerusalem with the the Hebrew words "Sha'alu Shalom Yerushalayim" ("They Asked of the Peace of Jerusalem").
